C: I'm an OB/GYN, now trained in high risk obstetrics (we call it MFM, for maternal-fetal medicine). Some of this stuff is opinion, some of it is fictionalized fact, some of it is fiction. As for the blog name, it is a reference to gravity - related to the medical word for pregnancy, but also what ties us to this earth.
